Because our products are handmade in small batches, we want every order to be received and enjoyed as intended.
Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at elarahandmadehomegoods@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can determine the best resolution.
If the issue is our error or the item was damaged during shipment, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned outside the applicable return period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
