Products
Our products are handmade in small batches. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in texture, appearance, dimensions, and color may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade products and are not necessarily defects.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, colors, and pricing. Actual colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Orders
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling an order.
If ELARA cancels an order after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund for the canceled order.
Pricing
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. The price charged for an order is the price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Limitation of Responsibility
ELARA Handmade Home Goods is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
